The new Philadelphia police chief Danielle Outlaw sparked a Twitterstorm last night with a press release stating that people will no longer be detained for certain non-violent offenses due to the coronavirus. Today she is in damage control mode, insisting that offenders will still be held to account at a later date. Note she is the former chief of Portland, where she utterly failed to hold Antifa to account — ever.
